What is Reverse Osmosis (RO)

Reverse Osmosis is the method of purifying a water by pushing it through a semi-permeable membrane under high pressure. The membrane allows water molecules to pass through it while impurities are flushed away.

Reverse Osmosis technology is effective at filtering out most forms of bacteria. RO can filter out the most concerning contaminants like lead, arsenic, and other heavy metals, as well as troublesome dissolved hard minerals.

Reverse Osmosis membrane having a pore size of 0.0001 microns rejects all kinds of contaminants and up to 95% suspended solids making water pure, safe, and crystal clear.

Reverse Osmosis Process

Filtration in Reverse Osmosis

Stage1- Sediment Filter

The 10-micron polypropylene pre-filter removes suspended materials such as sediment, dirt, dust, rust, and other suspended impurities down to 10 microns from the water.

Stage-II- Activated Carbon Granule Filter

Removes free Chlorine and other organic substances, unpleasant color, tastes and odors from the water and improves the quality

Stage-III- Activated Carbon Block Filter

Removes any additional Chlorine and organic substances from the water without the release of carbon fines. The carbon block prepares water to enter the Reverse Osmosis Membrane.

Stage -IV- R.O Membrane (0.0001 micron)

High rejection (95-99%) thin film composite R.O Membrane to reject a wide spectrum of impurities including Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), bacteria and viruses down to 0.0001 microns.

Stage-V- Polishing Resin Carbon Filter

Bacteriostatic resin Carbon removes dissolved gases,  bad taste, and odor to ensure fresh and natural tasting crystal clear water.
